We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for clients Sabinsville, PA and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, flexibility, and building trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Duties vary by client and shift. The tasks listed below are examples and may not be required for every assignment. Care is tailored to each clients individual needs and care plan.

• Personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing)
• Incontinence care and mobility support
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal planning and meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Errands and transportation
• Medication reminders
• Care documentation

Qualifications

• Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray
• Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Valid Drivers license and the ability to travel for work
