Mechanical / Electrical Assembler
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: DOE
Type: Manufacturing / Assembly
The Assembler is responsible for transforming materials through manufacturing processes to produce quality products that meet customer requirements. This role involves assembling, testing, repairing, and processing equipment and components while following drawings, work orders, and ISO-certified procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components using mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
- Perform numbering, painting, grinding, and deburring operations
- Assemble, test, and process equipment, products, and component parts according to daily schedules using Capacity Management System (CMS) work lists
- Operate a tow motor to move parts and materials
- Disassemble, evaluate, and repair customer equipment returned for service
- Coordinate assembly activities with Quality Control, Production Control, and Engineering to ensure all product requirements are met
- Follow work order routings, blueprints, and ISO-certified procedures
- Perform all job duties safely, maintaining safety as the top priority
- Maintain a clean work area and follow 5S and workplace organization standards
Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Knowledge of overhead crane operation
- Experience using power tools and hand tools
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of the TDW product line preferred
Work Environment
- Manufacturing and assembly shop environment
- Requires standing, lifting, and hands-on mechanical work
- Use of shop equipment, tools, and material handling equipment
