Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Oversight on whole operation
• Labor cost / food cost understanding
• Hiring
• Training
• Filling shifts with proper staff or self when no one is available
• 45-50 hours on schedule per week
• Christmas Eve, Super-bowl, Mothers Day, Fathers Day are mandatory work days for management.

Qualifications:

• Must be over the age of 18 years old.
• Must be able to work in the United States.
• Must have a form of transportation to and from work.
