Scrum Master Position (Job ID: 64637)Position OverviewOur direct client in Denver, CO, has an opening for a Scrum Master. This is a 14-month contract position with the option for extension.Estimated Duration: August 11, 2025 - February 28, 2026

- Hybrid Work Arrangement: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote (subject to change).

- Demonstrate self-motivation with strong, proven analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to continuously learn.
- Quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate effectively with non-technical and technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Participate in early-stage project intake and requirement-gathering sessions to influence project scope and planning.
- Exhibit deep customer empathy and curiosity, paired with knowledge of how to gather and synthesize customer needs.
- Foster high-performing teams with a strong aptitude for driving requirement alignment, cross-team collaboration, healthy conflict resolution, and diversity.
- Apply proven experience with inspect-and-adapt activities, including system demos, quantitative and qualitative measurements, and retrospective and problem-solving events.
- Utilize strong oral and written communication skills.
- Employ strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate project discovery efforts (funding, feasibility, and strategic alignment).
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project management knowledge.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Budget tracking skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (preferred).
- Agile certification(s) (preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience using Agile-tracking tools (Jira and Confluence required).
