Jennifer Jacobs - State Farm is hiring a full-time to join our fast-paced, customer-focused agency. Were looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a supportive and high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service
• Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
• Educate clients on available insurance products and identify opportunities to cross-sell
• Assist with claims processes and follow up on customer needs
• Maintain accurate records in our agency management system

Qualifications:

• Insurance experience preferred
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized, dependable, and customer-service driven
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
