Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products from inventory, packing orders for shipment, and ensuring all items meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or handheld scanners
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment
• Label and prepare orders for dispatch
• Inspect products for damage or defects before packing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [30–50 lbs] for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
