The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide high-quality care to each assigned to children with Special Needs who have daily nursing care and services in accordance with their Individualized Education Plan.

Must be able to reliably travel to different locations within the Massapequa School District

- Home Based/Trip Based Assignments
Job Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant:
Required to assist or complete resident activities of daily living according to the care plan/closet care plan for assigned residents.
Activities of daily living shall include but not limited to:
- Helping residents get dressed or completely dressing residents unable to dress themselves.
- Help with the use of the toilet/bathroom.
- Wash, clean, and keep dry, those who are not able to use the toilet.
Qualifications of the Certified Nursing Assistant
- MUST BE CERTIFIED BY THE STATE OF NEW YORK
- Verification of Certified Nursing Assistant Registry.
- Pass ALL background checks.
- Must have an updated Physical Examination Including PPD, MMR & Varicella plus Flu Vaccine.
