The Customer Service Administrator provides administrative and customer support to ensure smooth daily operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, processing documentation, and supporting internal teams with customer-related tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in personProcess customer orders, service requests, and documentation accurately and efficientlyMaintain and update customer records, files, and databasesCoordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, accounting) to resolve customer issuesMonitor order status and communicate updates to customersHandle billing questions, invoice verification, and basic account inquiriesPrepare reports, correspondence, and customer-related documentationEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresAssist management with administrative tasks and special projects as neededMaintain a professional and customer-focused environment
Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time‑management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environmentProblem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused approachProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
