Prior experience as a Host might be helpful but Barley Creek is certainly willing to train a friendly person to succeed at this job.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Accurately quote wait times and record guest information.
Assess the dining room layout and allocate seats to guests appropriately.
Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Requirements:
Minimum of 16 years of age
Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
Organizational skills to manage seating efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Guest-focused mindset and a desire to contribute to an amazing dining experience.
