As a Production Operator for Mann + Hummel, you will be responsible for assembling production components and ensuring customer requirements are met.
A typical day as a Production Operator includes:
- Assembling product and operating machinery according to standard rates and customer requirements
- Performing and documenting quality checks
- Verifying proper cell set up by ensuring the correct parts are running and verifying barcodes/lot numbers
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Counting and packaging inventory into containers for shipment worldwide
- Practicing and participating in all 5S activities

- Don’t mind the workout that comes with occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
- Have basic math skills including adding, subtracting, dividing, computing ratios, and interpreting bar graphs
- Have positive and professional written/verbal communication skills
- Have a high school diploma and previous manufacturing experience (not required, but preferred!)
- Understand the importance of a safe and clean work environment
- Enjoy the extra cash that comes with working overtime
- Have reliable transportation to get you to work on time every day
We offer Production Operators:
- Full time work on all shifts (1st: 7 am - 3 pm, 2nd: 3 pm - 11 pm, 3rd: 11 pm - 7 am)
- A pay rate of $16.25-17.50/hour
- Entry-level, temp to hire opportunities
