About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile and strategic Multimedia Designer to be the creative engine and Brand Ambassador for our visual identity. This is a high-impact role for a content creator who specializes in transforming brand strategy into compelling short-form videos optimized for social media, high-performing graphics, and cohesive digital assets across all channels.
You will personally own and translate our core brand identity and design language across all mediums—from dynamic social media videos to formal print collateral—ensuring every visual touchpoint is consistent, engaging, and reflective of our brand's voice. If you excel at producing on-trend, short-form video content, graphic design, and growing social media audiences, we encourage you to apply.
This role plays a key part in maximizing the impact and performance of our digital assets, helping drive engagement, support leasing efforts, and elevate the value of our properties across all marketing channels.

The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Design and edit compelling social media posts, including static graphics, carousels, reels, and short-form videos, with a focus on driving engagement and audience growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to create eye-catching visuals aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Optimize content formats for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Digital Media Design
- Develop templates and graphics for digital media initiatives including Retail Retold, landing pages, and digital ads, ensuring assets are scalable and performance driven.
- Ensure all designs maintain visual consistency and support brand voice across touchpoints while supporting campaign performance and business goals.
- Leverage and evolve digital assets to support revenue-generating initiatives, enhance property visibility, and contribute to leasing and marketing performance.
- Presentation & Print Design
- Design and format impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
- Create print and digital layouts for marketing collateral including one-pagers, flyers, brochures, and case studies, optimized for performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Ensure clarity, hierarchy, and visual balance in all layout work.
- Web & Email Design
- Design visually appealing landing pages that drive engagement and conversions, in collaboration with developers and marketers.
- Create branded email templates for newsletters, drip campaigns, and announcements using design best practices and responsive layout standards.

- 5+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
