Human Resources Business Partner

Human Resources Manager Lynkx Staffing LLC specializes in placing talented professionals in the Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices industries in New Jersey. Support the continuous improvement of the HR function through development and implementation of HR programs. Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and management across assigned service departments.

• Support line managers in the process of new employee orientation.
• Provide HR Partnering management coaching and counseling.
• Act as HR Business Partner to assigned business areas.
• Provide Compensation analysis and reporting.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies.
• Support line managers in the recruitment and selection process where appropriate.
• Manage employee relations which emphasizes open communications, equal opportunities and treatment
• Manage HR-related queries and may work independently or in conjunction with senior members of the HR team and line management on issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 7 years experience within an HR function as generalist; ER, Compensation, TA strategy.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical industry.
• Expert coaching and counseling skills
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and very good interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
