Sourcing Agent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Agent to support our product

development and vendor operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating with vendors,

assisting with product samples, and working cross-functionally with several departments to

ensure projects stay on track.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced,

team-driven environment.

● Communicate regularly with vendors to manage sourcing needs and timelines

● Assist in testing and evaluating product samples

● Partner closely with the R&D team to ensure alignment on product development

● Track project timelines and help keep internal teams on schedule

● Coordinate across departments to ensure clear communication and execution

● Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and product updates

● Strong time management and organizational skills

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

● Friendly, professional, and team-oriented disposition

● Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google workspace, and data analysis

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

● Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

● Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (preferred but not required)

● Familiarity with product development or vendor coordination
