Senior Tax Manager

• Develop new business relationships & maintain existing relationships with clients, manage expectations and ensure exceptional client service
• Manage & coordinate tax compliance and tax advisory engagements
• Oversee the compliance management process and adapt to process challenges
• Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture
• Provides top-level review of federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting rules and pronouncements
• Manage, mentor & supervise staff on all aspects of income tax planning, preparation, filing and Financial Statement preparation
• Prepare Federal & State income tax returns, and tax planning, structure, research and compliance for Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Estates, Non-profits, Individuals and related entities
• Model taxable income projections for various scenarios
• Create and Review Prepared & Compiled Financial Statements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
• MUST have 2 - 3 years of tax preparation experience

• CPA License & strong technical tax research experience
• 8+ years of Public Accounting experience
• Experience doing top-level review of income tax returns & financial statements
