2nd Shift Machine Operator

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Fab Shop Machine Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality parts. While no prior experience is required, candidates with a background in CNC operation or machine handling are preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidates.

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Compensation:
Starting pay: $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience
Training available for the right candidate

Job Duties:
Fabrication shop setting with hands-on machine operation and production tasks.
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to produce high-quality parts.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.
Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
Participate in training programs to develop and enhance technical skills.
