Pay: $18 an hour

Hours: 7AM.-3:30PM. Monday-Friday, occasional overtime as required

Document Specialist Duties:

Maintains document database of facility documents to ensure food safety and quality in all departments.
Ensures that any issues that could impact food safety are reported & that departments are in GMP and food safety compliance.
Responsible for generating document and change control policies & procedures that comply to FDA and other relevant requirements.
Compliance to SQF and FDA procedures and standards
Report GMP, housekeeping & maintenance issues as needed
Audit lines to ensure all GMP procedures and SOP's are being followed
Participate in audits & inspections
