NEW Medical Assistant

We are hiring a detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support physicians and healthcare teams in a busy outpatient clinic. The role includes both administrative and clinical responsibilities to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vitals and medical history
• Assist physicians during exams and minor procedures
• Administer medications and injections as directed
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical supply inventory

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA)
• CPR certified
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
