About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 2023 and has quickly grown into a close-knit team of seven who work together to help customers protect their future. Before becoming an agent, I was a business owner providing financial services to small businesses, which gave me a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and customer-focused solutions.

I’m originally from El Salvador, married with five kids, and very family-oriented. I graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in engineering and have always had a passion for helping people build a strong financial future. Role Description:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for a college student or someone looking for a part-time position in a professional office environment. Full-time availability may also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Transfer customers to the appropriate team member
• Take customer payments
• Make reminder calls regarding missed or past-due payments
• Take messages of customer requests
• Help with general office and administrative tasks as needed
