Physical Therapist - Multi-Modality Position\n\n

Job Description\n

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a multi-modality position, encompassing home health, outpatient, and acute care settings. The position requires flexibility to travel to various facilities within a 60-mile radius, including performing home health visits.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions in outpatient and inpatient settings.
\n
• Provide care for diverse patient populations, including post-operative patients, sports injuries, and geriatric individuals.
\n
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Valid Physical Therapist license.
\n
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
\n
• Strong background in post-operative care and geriatrics is preferred.
\n

\n\nSchedule\n

This position is a full-time role, typically Monday through Friday during the day. A standard shift is 8 hours, but a 4x10 schedule may be considered.
