Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide in-home assistance with daily living activities, ensuring our clients are safe, comfortable, and supported in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance
• Monitor and record changes in client condition
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Adhere to care plans and agency policies
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (CNA license preferred but not required for caregivers)
• Current CNA certification (for CNA applicants only)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Caregiving: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CNA (Preferred)
