She Recruits is partnering with a community-based acute care hospital in Texas to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist (IM or FM) for a highly manageable inpatient service.

This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking lower volume, predictable compensation, and the ability to take call from home after rounding.

Compensation

$1,600 per 24-hour shift

Physician rounds during the day and may go home with call coverage overnight.

1099 structure.

Schedule Structure
24-hour shift model
Morning/day rounding onsite
On-call availability overnight (remote from home)
No residents

This is a lifestyle-friendly structure with limited overnight burden due to low census.

Clinical Environment
Open ICU
No procedures required

Requirements
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Hospitalist experience preferred
ACLS & BLS required
Texas license or eligibility
