###Assignment Details:
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient / Clinic
• Schedule:
• Monday ‚Äì Friday with rotating call
• Call ratio: 1:6
• Night and weekend call required
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: ~120 days
###Requirements:
• Active VA license
• Board certification
• Clean history
• ACLS
• DEA
• VAD certification
• Advanced Heart Failure fellowship with LVAD experience
• Local provider
• NPDB self-query
###Clinical Details:
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Outpatient clinic volume: ~10 patients per day
• Inpatient admissions: 12‚Äì15 per day
• Non-invasive cardiology care
• EKG interpretation and cardiac evaluation
• Supervision of 4 APPs
• Collaboration with cardiology team
• Focus on advanced heart failure patients (non-invasive)
