ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Rutland, Vermont.

Registered Nurse - PACU\n\n
Schedule\nThis position requires 10-hour day and evening shifts on a rotating basis.
\n\nJob Description\nThe Registered Nurse (RN) in the PACU will provide high-quality care to pediatric and gynecological patients in the post-anesthesia care unit. The RN is responsible for monitoring patients' recovery, administering medications, and ensuring overall patient safety.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Monitor and assess patients’ post-operative condition. \n
- Administer medications as prescribed and provide necessary interventions. \n
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care. \n
- Educate patients and families about post-operative care. \n
- \n
- Active RN license in any state (VT license must be applied for upon acceptance). \n
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and dysrhythmia testing. \n
- Experience with pediatric and gynecological patients is essential. \n
- Cerner EMR experience is preferred. \n
This is a 13-week contract position.
