Travel Hospice RN – Nights | Grand Junction, CO

13 Weeks | Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)

Seeking an experienced Hospice RN for a 13-week contract assignment in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of RN experience
Hospice experience required
Colorado RN License (required upon acceptance)
Strong assessment, symptom management, and end-of-life care skills

Schedule:

3 x 12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)
Rotating schedule; shifts provided 6 weeks in advance
Holiday coverage required

Role Highlights:

Provide after-hours hospice care in homes, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and hospice care centers
Handle urgent patient visits, symptom management, and after-hours death visits
Work from home between patient visits
