A leading physician-led healthcare organization in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered practice. • 36 patient-facing hours per week
• Full-spectrum Family Medicine care
• Collaborative, physician-led environment
• Quick patient empanelment with strong team support
• Lab & imaging services available nearby
• Shared after-hours phone call rotation with FM colleagues
• Nearly 1,900 physicians across the system

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine – REQUIRED (must complete residency)
• Colorado License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
• DEA (must obtain prior to start) – REQUIRED
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice – Highly Preferred
• Visa Candidates – NOT ACCEPTED
• Not open to Locum or Locum-to-Perm candidates
• Must confirm candidate has not applied directly

• Base Salary: $257,000 – $286,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Generous productivity bonus (based on wRVUs)
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years)
