PeopleFirst Education Staffing is seeking a School Services School Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Position Overview:
Full-time contract position for the 2026–2027 school year
37.5 hours per week (excluding lunch)
All OTs are based out of a central office location
Caseload determined using a workload model
Approximately 15–20 hours per week of direct student services
Remaining time reserved for evaluations, data collection, report writing, IEP meetings, and collaboration
Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Requirements:
Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License REQUIRED
Must hold licensure by end of July 2026 to be considered
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
