Location: Waycross, GA
Schedule: Four-day work week (one Friday per month)
Estimated MGMA Range: $450,000 – $600,000+

She Recruits is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join a well-established private practice affiliated with a regional hospital system.

This opportunity offers surgical autonomy, strong community demand, and a highly desirable four-day work week model.

What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive ENT care for adult and pediatric patients
Perform sinus surgery, thyroid procedures, head & neck cases, tonsillectomy, and related surgeries
Conduct outpatient consultations and office-based procedures
Provide inpatient consults and participate in shared call
Collaborate with primary care and emergency physicians
Support growth of the ENT service line
