Job Description
Orthopedic Surgeon
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Orthopedic Surgeon to oversee the diagnosis, treatment, and management of occupational and motor vehicle related injuries.
Job Duties
Oversee the patient's diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries.
Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
Recommend tests to determine extent of injury and to determine appropriate treatment
Uphold the company's mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company's ESG goals
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
BC/BE in Interventional Pain, PM&R, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurology, or Sports Medicine
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state work will be performed
Favorable malpractice history
Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
DEA license

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to mentor and supervise staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Medicine - Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing
customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Physical/Mental Requirements
Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, crawling, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
