• Case mix around 75% medical oncology, 25% hematology

• 4.5-day workweek, 95% outpatient, 20-25 PPD
• Higher acuity cases such as BMT and complicated head and neck are sent to university's main hospital.
• Support and resources onsite include 2 rad-oncs, 2 gyn-oncs, 2 nurse navigators, RN for clinic, chemo certified RNs,genetic counseling
• Partnership with two other organizations for clinical trials; 27 current open trials
• EPIC EMR across the entire system
