Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Goodland, Kansas.

- Unit: ER / Med Surg – RN may float between both areas. \n
- Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital (CAH) \n
- Role Expectations:\n

- RN will be expected to work in both ER and Med Surg. \n
- Patient volume and acuity may vary; some shifts may be more Med Surg-focused than ER. \n
- Must be comfortable caring for whatever patient population presents to the facility. \n
\n - Patient Ratio: Up to 5:1, but typically around 3:1. \n
- EMR: Athena \n
- Experience: Previous travel experience preferred, but first-time travellers are welcome. \n
- Years of Experience: Candidates with less than 3 years of experience may be considered. \n
- Mileage: No mileage restrictions. \n
- Certifications Required:\n
- \n
- AHA BLS \n
- ACLS \n
- PALS \n
- TNCC \n
\n - Scrubs: No specific scrub colour requirement. \n
- COVID-19: COVID vaccine exemptions are accepted. \n
- Flu Vaccine: Not required. \n
- Key Requirement: Candidate must be comfortable working in a rural CAH environment and managing both ER and Med Surg patients during the same assignment. \n
