 Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department of a critical access facility serving up to 350 patients per month
\n
• Float between Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical, and Charge Nurse roles as needed
\n
• Perform multifaceted nursing duties requiring flexibility across departments within a 25-bed facility
\n
• Document patient care and clinical information using Cerner electronic health records
\n
• Participate in orientation scheduled exclusively on Tuesdays
\n

Required Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
\n
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Room, Med-Surg, or Charge Nurse roles
\n
• Prior travel nursing experience required
\n
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
\n
• ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
\n
• PALS certification (AHA, ARC, or ENPC) and TNCC certification
\n

Preferred Experience / Skills\n

\n
• NIHSS certification
\n
• CPI certification
\n
• SANE certification
\n
• Experience working in a critical access or small rural hospital setting
\n
