• Practice Settings: Inpatient, outpatient
• Patients Per Shift: 4–5
• Support Staff: RN: 1
• Beds: 15 ORs
• Trauma Level: 2
• 4 endo suites
• Ambulatory surgery

Requirements

• Board Certified as CRNA
• Licensed in Minnesota or IMLC
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Trained in pediatrics for ENT, plus other specialties
