✔️ Provide evidence-based care to adult patients
✔️ Diagnose & manage acute and chronic conditions
✔️ Deliver preventive care & health screenings
✔️ Participate in population health & quality initiatives

✔️ Manage a broad range of adult health conditions
✔️ Perform inpatient rounding & on-call coverage (as needed)
✔️ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
✔️ Maintain efficient and productive clinical workflows

‍⚕️ Supervise and mentor clinical staff:

• NAs, MAs, LPNs, RNs

• PAs & NPs

✔️ Provide training, guidance & leadership
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care

✔️ MD / DO Degree
✔️ Active Illinois Medical License
✔️ DEA Certification
✔️ Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
