Per Diem / PRN Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery

Encompass Healthcare Staffing is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a per diem / prn nursing job in Lancaster, California.

Job Description & Requirements

Qualifications:  

• Two years’ acute care nursing experience 
• Meets all required licensure and/or certifications necessary for Registered Nurse 
• ACLS certification required on file in Department of Education 
• NIHSS certification required, as this is an acute care facility 
• NIHSS certification required, as this is an acute care facility 
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification required prior to completion of orientation       and within 4 months from date of hire to L&D.  
• Basic Fetal Monitoring certification required prior to completion of orientation and within 4 months from date of hire

Current California RN license\n\nBLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN\n\nMinimum 2 years relevant L&D experience\n\nMinimum 1 year travel RN experience\n\nMust be willing to float to the Operating Room as needed\n\nWilling to work weekends and holidays as requested by AVMC
