• Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient
• Schedule:
• Specific dates required across May, June, and July
• Clinic days available (no night call after clinic shifts)
• 24-hour call coverage
• Call ratio: 1:4
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 60‚Äì90 days (temps possible with clean history)
###Requirements:
• Active VA license
• Board certification (ABOG)
• Clean history
• DEA
• CSR
• BLS
• NPDB self-query
###Clinical Details:
• OB/GYN hospital and clinic coverage
• Procedures include C-sections, vaginal deliveries, suction D&C, ectopic pregnancy management, ovarian torsion, and abnormal bleeding
• Labor and delivery unit with 9 beds and 20 postpartum beds
• Average 2‚Äì3 nursery admissions per day
• Low callback volume (<1 per 24-hour shift)
• Laborist support for unreferred patients
• MFM manages high-risk cases
• Support staff includes OB hospitalist, surgical assistants, and nursing team
