Kaiser Permanente – Moanalua Medical Center

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
  • Combination of 8s, 10s, 12s
  • 7:00a–3:30p | 7:00a–5:30p | 7:00a–7:30p
  • 1–2 weekend shifts per month preferred
• Coverage Dates: ASAP start for 3 months, with option to extend
  • Only considering candidates available for immediate start
• Setting: Hospital
• Case Types:
  • General, Ortho, GI, GYN, Neuro, ENT, Vascular
  • Regional blocks optional
  • No Hearts, No Transplants, No OB
• Model: Independent CRNA practice under medical supervision
• Facility Details:
  • 13 ORs + 2 GI suites
• Credentialing: Emergency privileges available (≈2 weeks)
• Requirements: BC CRNA, AHA BLS + ACLS; PALS preferred
• Licensing: Hawaii license required—no exceptions
