Job Description\n

We are seeking a dedicated Acute Care Physical Therapist for a short-term contract position. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an acute hospital setting, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery for diverse patient populations. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress.
\n
• Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation goals and techniques.
\n
• Document patient care and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Must hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care settings.
\n
• Experience with electronic medical record systems, specifically Epic.
\n
• Knowledge of rehabilitation practices for various conditions, including post-operative care.
\n

This position is a Day shift (5x8-Hour, 08:00 - 17:00).
