Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients

• Manage acute and chronic health conditions

• Coordinate care including referrals and follow-ups

• Engage in team huddles and clinical discussions

• Ensure high-quality documentation and compliance

✅ Requirements:

• MD/DO degree

• Active or eligible Mississippi medical license

• Board Certified/Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatrics

• Active DEA license

• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
