\n Job Summary:
\n Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Colorado. The ER RN will provide comprehensive emergency nursing care, coordinate individualized patient care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

\n Responsibilities:
\n Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department.
\n Perform triage, treatment, evaluation, and documentation according to established guidelines.
\n Prioritize patient needs and exercise critical thinking in emergent situations.
\n Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, transfers, and discharges.
\n Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
\n Delegate patient care tasks appropriately to ancillary staff.
\n Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
\n Adhere to professional nursing standards, ethical guidelines, and state nursing regulations.
\n Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.

\n Requirements:
\n Active Colorado RN License or Compact RN License.
\n Current BLS certification.
\n Current ACLS certification.
\n Current PALS or ENPC certification.
\n Current TNCC certification.
\n Current STABLE certification.
\n Current NRP certification.
\n Strong emergency nursing assessment and critical care skills.

\n Preferred Qualifications:
\n Two (3) years of hospital nursing experience.
\n One (2) year of Emergency Department or Critical Care experience.
\n Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.

\n Assignment Details:
\n 13-week contract
\n Night shifts
\n 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n Overtime after 40 hours/week
\n No holiday coverage required
\n On-call opportunities available
