**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Join a dynamic team providing comprehensive care in a full-scope LDRP setting in a vibrant 8-bed unit! \n- Work the night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with no call obligations. \n- Float within Women's Services, ensuring a variety of experiences while enhancing your skills. \n- Maximize your time off with a generous allowance of up to 6 days within a 6-week period! \n- Be a key player in an environment where you will: \n - Manage high-risk labor and provide expert fetal monitoring. \n - Circulate C-sections and participate in neonatal resuscitation. \n - Deliver exceptional postpartum and couplet care. \n\n**Requirements:**\n\n- Valid RN Licensure. \n- Current BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC), NRP certifications. \n- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE certification preferred. \n- Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience. \n- Proficient in the following: \n - Pitocin titration \n - Fetal monitoring interpretation \n - Postpartum/couplet care competency \n\n**Preferred Qualifications:**\n\n- Previous experience in a rural hospital setting. \n- Familiarity with the LDRP model of care. \n\n**Patient Ratio:** \n- 1:1 for labor \n- 3:1 for couplet care \n\n**Additional Information:**\n\n- Scrub color: Navy blue or pink. \n- EMR systems used: GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN), MedHost for orders, charges, and med scanning. \n- Travelers must be more than 50 miles from the facility and include necessary info in submissions. \n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
