Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join a growing clinical team in North Port, FL. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to children from infancy through adolescence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform physical examinations and routine wellness visits
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Educate patients and families on preventive care, health maintenance, and wellness
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records (EHR)
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Support community health initiatives and outreach efforts

Compensation
  • Base Pay Range: $200,000 – $260,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Performance-based incentives may be available

Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Active (or eligible) Florida medical license
  • Strong clinical knowledge in pediatric medicine
  • Excellent communication skills with children and families
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, culturally competent care to diverse and underserved populations
