An innovative 148-bed acute care hospital located in the High Desert of Southern California, has a long standing reputation for providing state-of-the-art quality health care in a seamlessly integrated model along with a a large multi specialty Medical Group.
Opportunity: OBGYN
*Per Diem need 4 shifts per month
*Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including preventive health, routine exams, high-risk pregnancy management, and surgical procedures as needed.

*MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
*Valid California medical license (or eligible)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Commitment to high-quality patient care
- Deliver comprehensive OB-GYN care to patients of all ages
- Manage both routine and high-risk pregnancies
- Perform gynecological surgeries and procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
- Provide patient education and counseling
Compensation: Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $550,000 for FT, or $3,000 daily rate.The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
