Family Medicine opening in OhioFull timeWheelersburg, OhAbout the Position Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services See approximately 20–25 patients per day Perform in-office procedures such as injections, ear irrigation, breathing treatments, and minor skin procedures Manage acute care needs and support walk-in lab patients Participate in antibiotic stewardship initiatives Work in a patient-centered environment with flexibility to accommodate same-day needs Opportunity to grow and expand the practice Schedule & Practice Details Office hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Call schedule: approximately 1:50 weekdays and 1:50 weekends Onsite access to lab, imaging (CT, MRI, ultrasound), and pharmacy services Mix of scheduled appointments and walk-in services Compensation & Benefits 2-year contract with competitive compensation and bonus incentives (up to 10% of salary) Sign-on bonus: up to 15% of base salary (max $100,000), forgiven over 2–4 years Residency stipend: up to $25,000 with service commitment Medical school loan repayment: up to $200,000 ($25,000/year) 29 days PTO plus additional 5 days based on productivity CME: 5 days PTO and up to $5,000 annually Moving expense reimbursement up to $10,000 Malpractice coverage ($2M/$6M claims-made) Health insurance with low employee premium Retirement & Financial Benefits 403(b) retirement plan with employer match (up to 2% of base salary) 457(b) deferred compensation plan (no employer match) Additional Terms * Non-compete clause: 70-mile radius for 2 years or liquidated damages equivalent to one year salary
