- Location: Wadena, Minnesota
- Setting: Hospital / OR suite with multiple specialties
- Schedule:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM nightly
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Day Coverage: 2 providers, 3 ORs, 1 Endo Room, 1 IR Room
- EMR: Epic
- Types of Cases: General, Orthopedic, ENT, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry
- Required Skills:
- Spinals
- Epidurals
- Nerve blocks (peripheral, TAP, neuraxial, IV)
- Caselogs: Required (proof of spinals, epidurals, and blocks)
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- DEA
- Independent CRNA practice (no anesthesia supervision required)
- TAP blocks, neuraxial blocks, peripheral blocks, IV blocks commonly performed
- Multi-specialty exposure in OR, Endo, and IR
