RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts starting at 6:45 AM
\n• Patient ratio of 1:6
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• On call for low census situations
\n• Rotate holidays with permanent staff
\n• Must have 2 years of experience and 1 travel assignment
\n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS
\n• Scrub color requirement: Caribbean Blue
\n• Must be flexible with changing assignments during shift
\n• Float to Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, Acute Care and JFW units
\n• Work with telemetry monitoring on different units
\n• Handle ventilators including BIPAP, CPAP, vapotherm, and Draegar
\n• Use MEDITECH EMR charting system
\n• Floor specific orientation provided
\n• Strict 75-mile radius rule applies
\n• Cancellation policy: 12 hours every 2 weeks
\n• BSN not required

The hospital offers 24/7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy services, has charge nurses on all units, and maintains CNA support with ratios of 1:8 to 1:10. The facility provides specialized services including PICC line placement and features telemetry monitoring capabilities across multiple units.
