Requirements:
Minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience
MUST have 18 months perm ICU experience PRIOR to travel
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA BLS andACLS required. NIH - must obtain prior to start.
Must have Epic experience
