\nThis is a full-time outpatient position (5x8 schedule) serving a diverse patient panel with complex medical needs.\n

\nYou will practice within a well-supported, integrated model that includes:\n

\n2 dedicated Medical Assistants per provider\n
\n0.7 RN support\n
\nVirtual triage services\n
\nIntegrated Behavioral Health\n
\nChiropractic & acupuncture access\n
\nTelepsychiatry consult support\n
\n

\nCompensation & Incentives\n

\nBase Salary: $235,000 – $270,000 annually\n
\n
\nAdditional earning potential includes:\n

\n$12,400 annual access bonus (paid biweekly) for meeting 9-patient/day target\n
\nUp to $44,000 annual production bonus potential\n
\n$5,000 annual professional expense credit (licensing, DEA, CE, equipment)\n
