We’re seeking two full-time Neonatologists to join a growing NICU program. If caring for our tiniest patients while helping a program grow excites you, keep reading. \n

\nWhat’s the Gig? \n
\nYou’ll help lead a Level II NICU that is progressing toward Level III designation—a true opportunity to be part of a program’s growth and evolution. \n
\n
\nCurrently a 12-bed NICU, with expansion planned as the program continues to develop. \n
\n
\nApproximately 1,400 annual deliveries, serving as a regional hub for neonatal care. \n
\n
\nAverage daily census of 6–7 patients, allowing for high-quality, attentive care. \n
\n
\nYour Daily Adventures Will Include: \n
\nManaging infants born at 32 weeks gestation or greater and weighing 1,500 grams or more. \n
\n
\nCaring for convalescing neonates following intensive care. \n
\n
\nProviding short-term mechanical ventilation support when needed. \n
\n
\nStabilizing and coordinating transfer for infants requiring higher-level care. \n
\n
\nManaging infants with perinatal substance exposure, including scoring and pharmacologic treatment when appropriate. \n
\n
\nOverseeing care for low-birth-weight infants requiring extended monitoring, feeding support, and nursing care. \n
\n
\nDelivering critical neonatal interventions including CPR, cardiac monitoring, oxygen therapy, and acute stabilization. \n
\n

\n30-minute response time for call coverage. \n
