Position Overview \n\n
One of our Partners in North Carolina is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for ongoing locum coverage at a community hospital serving eastern North Carolina.
\n\nProviders will work a weekday schedule with shared home-call responsibilities while supporting a diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, podiatry, labor and delivery, and endoscopy procedures.
\n\nThe facility offers a collegial anesthesia team, low callback burden, and an attractive combination of scheduled clinical hours and call compensation.
\n\nPay Ranking: Top 15% nationally among comparable CRNA locum opportunities (2026).

- Joint Commission Certified staffing partner\n\t
- HPA Healthcare is an active member of NALTO\n\t
- Monday–Friday schedule\n\t
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM clinical coverage\n\t
- Home call from 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM\n\t
- 20-minute response time required\n\t
- Call ratio approximately 1:5\n\t
- Weekend call approximately every 5th weekend\n\t
- Four CRNAs and one MDA on staff\n\t
- Medical direction model in OR\n\t
- CRNA-only coverage for endoscopy and labor & delivery\n\t
- Approximately 200 surgical cases monthly\n\t
- Five operating rooms plus endoscopy suite\n\t
- Epic EMR preferred\n\t
