Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Lawton, OK

\n 📍 Location: Lawton, Oklahoma

\n 📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
\n 🕒 Schedule: 3x12 Hour Night Shifts (36 Hours/Week)

\n We're seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a Level II Trauma Center, providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a fast-paced acute care environment.

\n Requirements
\n Minimum 3 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
\n Active RRT credential
\n Current BLS certification
\n Active state license
\n Strong critical care and respiratory assessment skills
\n Responsibilities
\n Perform pulmonary function testing, arterial blood gas analysis, and other respiratory diagnostics
\n Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and mechanical ventilation
\n Monitor and adjust respiratory support based on patient condition
\n Educate patients and families on respiratory disease management and equipment use
\n Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
\n Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
